Google review 4/26/2013had lower intake done, work was ok, but had to little anti freeze and radiator cracked this winter at 39 below. wanted to get crank sensor and radiator and steering bowl fixed. $875 to fix the steering bowl alone. it needed another entire steering column. but was told no part available. however 30 seconds online and guess what? part was available for 58.00 but b&d auto found me one better, a entire used steering column and will replace for $350 parts and labor completed job. also dales quoted me $400 plus for radiator, b&d completed job out the door $325. dales 200 plus for crank sensor, b&d auto 150 out the door completed job b&d saved me $625 dollars that dales was attempting to GET ME for. I will spend the $625 I saved on new struts and brakes.and I will get b&d Walcott iowa to do the work. just because I am senior and in wheelchair does not mean I am a fool. Frack dales auto service they lie and rip off cripples.

When I told you we didn't have a part available, that meant we didn't have it in the shop and it wasn't available from our source. If you can find the right part online, we'd be happy to do the work for you. As for our pricing, we charge according to quality. You can take your car anywhere you like, but when you come to my shop you can rest assured you're getting the best service in Davenport. I highly recommend Dale's Service Center, there's nothing better than having the feeling they care about you as if you were family. They always explain everything to you and they also don't gouge their prices!! I have never been unable to make an appointment in a timely manner that fits my schedule, they give the best customer service as well.
