Tim and his staff are wonderful! This is the best shop in Davenport!

They are good at getting me into appointments and they do the work very well.

I have been completely satisfied with Dales Service Center. They have been honest in all respects of servicing my vehicle. I always feel comfortable that they are not going to recommend repairs that are unnecessary. This is a big issue for me as I have had it happen at other service facilities. They have experienced repair men and review what had been completed when finished.

I was just passing through but they were friendly and convenient. They did good work.

I really didn't know them. They gave me a lot of helpful information. they also helped me with scrapping the vehicle because it would have cost to much to fix rather than buying another car. They mailed me a check for what I had left over from the scrapping.

I just like them personality wise I guess. They fixed my car and gave me a ride back and forth from my home.

They gave me the service I wanted at a decent price.

I am satisfied with what they have done. I like their service.

The service advisor was really polite and professional. The shop was really clean and well kept.
