Tim and the staff at Dale's Service Center are always very helpful. My daughter is away at school in Ames and recently had car trouble. I called Tim for advice on where to take the car to get fixed in Ames. Somewhere we could trust. Tim was very helpful in finding a repair shop in Ames. He even went as far as calling them in advance to give them a heads up. Thank you Tim for taking the time to take care of our vehicles even when they are in Ames and not being repaired at your shop. This is the extra mile that Dale's Service Center will go to help their customers. I would recommend them to anyone! Daron
