Dales was extremely thorough in evaluating my vehicle and identifying what needed to be repaired. I was a little surprised by the costs, but they were all comparable to what other facilities would charge and in some cases were less. I was very reassured by their three-year transferable warranty, and I think that’s a huge selling point for getting work done here.

Took my vehicle (my baby) in for a 100,000 mile tune up. They got me taken care of in a timely manner. Their staff was knowledgeable. Their 40 point inspection was thorough and well presented. Had a diagnosis on my car that was not charging the battery. Diagnosis was the alternator and the battery were bad. Estimated cost approx. $1200. I had already purchased a new battery. Got second opinion. Alternator was bad. Battery was good. Got vehicle repaired for <$400. Thought price was excessive and diagnosis was partially bad.
