You fixed the engine noise I was hearing. I mentioned that it sounded like a heat shield vibration. Even though you said you couldn't duplicate the sound, the silicone that you added to heat shield fixed it. No more noise! Thank you. On the vehicle inspection you did miss that I have a right rear backup light that is burned out. I was going to mention it when I brought it in but I forgot. No biggie. Service and provision of a loaner car is always top notch.

Brought my Park Ave to them after another shop here in town could not fix it after two weeks.!!! Dropped it at Dales on Sunday and had my car done and ready to go on Thursday mourning.!! Very professional and I highly recommended Dale's Service Center.
