I returned to have a "no start" issue resolved, and once again Chad and his staff was able to determine the issue and get me on the road with minimal down time. I will always give Chad the first shot at repairing my equipment. B. Even though I didn't have an appointment, Chad and Tim were able to get me in and out in a very prompt manner. The service was professionally done and I was very satisfied with the cost. I will return in the future! B.

Fan belt broke on a long trip and ended up getting towed to Dale's. I called before arriving and they aquired a new belt and had my van back on the road in under an hour! Seems rare to find a mechanic with 5 stars and these guys have earned them for sure.

Have lived in QC area for 2 years now, and have had great experiences with Dale's. They are friendly, prompt, knowledgeable and (most importantly) extremely honest. I am moving to Arizona soon, and wish I could take them along!
