Picked up my truck changed oil service check and return my truck all will I was on vacation!

I must say I was very happy with the professional approach to how my oil change was handled. I had my tires rotated and they actually used a torque wrench. Very happy with the time they preformed my oil change and tire rotation.

Wonderful experience

I had a lot of work done to my car recently but there was a problem with one of the parts they put on. I called them and they got me back in. The part was defective so they warrantied it out without any hassle ( unlike some places would try bs). They also gave me a great loaner !

Friendliest and most genuine customer service and automotive technicians I've come across in years. And super honest! Some places will make you feel like every little thing is a dire emergency just to make money. But the folks at Dale's told me what needed to be prioritized and why, without any pressure whatsoever. That was the highlight for me and the main reason I'll be back. I also loved the digital summary of the inspection - so easy to read and understand, not to mention less paperwork for me to try to find space for!

I cannot say enough great things about Dale's! FREE loaner vehicle and a THREE year (free) warranty on the work done. They did a full inspection of my Element and send pictures of any work they recommended be done. Their customer service is amazing! They are now our official go to place for all our vehicle needs.
