When I moved to the Quad City Area, one of the first things I searched for was a service center that had a great reputation for being honest, affordable and capable of performing all of the service I need to have done on my vehicles. After asking numerous people for a recommendation, Dale's Service Center was at the top of the list. Everyone at Dale's has been great to work with whether it is quick diagnosis, providing transportation when needed or high quality service. I am certain that I have been given honest and affordable service and will continue to use Dale's Service exclusively while recommending them to others. Keep up great work Dale's!!!!

Weve used Dales for nearly a decade and have always been extremely happy with the work. Even though weve moved from the QC area, we often bring our car back to Dales for the quality work the shop does and the honesty they display. Most important to me is that Tim, the owner, gives honest advice on what work is really needed, when it will be done, and how much it will cost.

I have been taking my vehicles to Tim at Dale's for almost 10 years now and have never had any problems. As a matter of fact I have recommended him to many of my friends. Tim is a class act. He's always been very accommodating and takes extra time to explain the problems and how he's going to fix them. Tim has sourced parts for me and has also installed parts that I found for myself. He's worked on some tricky issues that took some digging to figure out, but he kept going until he found the problem. If you're looking for a quality shop that knows how to treat it's customers, Dale's is the place to go. Tim and his crew will always be on the top of my list for auto shops.
