Just had our car in for general maintenance and 30K mile Service. This was the second time I have done business with Dales. Very satisfied.

Called for an oil change. They took me right in. Treated as if I had been a customer for years. Will definitely be going back!

I was traveling through Davenport on my way to Omaha for business when my new car began experienceing issues. The VW dealer in town didn’t have time to even look at my car which is still under warranty. Desperate, I called Dales Service Center. Chad was understanding of my situation and said he would take a look at it for me and assess the situation. Tim and Chad determined it was a technical defect that VW had a bulletin on. They assured me it would be safe to drive to Omaha but to drop it at Baxter VW once I got there. In need of an expedited repair process, Tim and Chad went above and beyond by calling Baxter VW to get the ball rolling for me so I could drop it off once in town. Theyre great guys who helped out an unfortunate travler rather than seeing it as an opportunity to take advantage of one.

Took the car in for an oil change and was offered a loaner vehicle. While in service they found a screw in the tire and repaired the tire without having to replace it. Very pleased with customer service and quality!

My truck was running horribly so I took it into a local shop they told me it was bad head gaskets, a 1800$ job. I couldn’t afford that so I took my truck and was contemplating scrapping it to get a cheap vehicle. Then I read all the positive reviews for Dales and took my truck over there. From the second I walked in I knew I was in the right place. They got my truck in quick and sent me a WONFERFUL app that shows your everything on your vehicle that needs fixed and in order of importance. The transparency they provide and the honesty to only fix what is absolutely needed is great for a young guy on a budget. In the end they found out it wasn’t my head gaskets and got my truck running great for a Fraction of the price of the other shop. I’ve been to tons of shops from small shops to big national shops like mieneke and these guys are hands down the most friendly, honest, professional shop I have used. As long as I live in the qc I will be using these guys.

I always feel that my van is in good hands at Dale's. With a fresh oil change, tire rotation, and safety inspection, I will drive confidently. I was made aware of services needed at my next oil change, so I know what expenses I can prepare for.

Got me right in and next day the car was done. Then they called to make sure I'm happy with it. Extremely informative, friendly and helpful. Definitely would go back!
