Diamond in the rough! Didn't know what to expect. I haven't needed a shop in years as I can usually handle most repairs. So far, I am very impressed with this company. Very professional from the 1st phone call all the way through the process. Chad and Tim kept me updated daily and explained everything throughly. Glad to know these guys are out there.

I highly recommend this business. Not only did they do a fundraiser for Kings Harvest Pet Rescue where I work but they also drove my car back to my work after they change the oil. Very convenient for a person with a busy schedule.The people that work there are super friendly and their prices were very reasonable. I will definitely be going back there for all my car needs.

We took our car in to get an alignment. They refused to do it without new struts. They said it would be $1500. Funny thing is we got new struts 20,000 miles ago. Charged us $50 for their opinion and refusal to do the job. Took it to another mechanic for a second opinion and as we suspected, our struts are still in great condition. Talked to two other separate people who had similar situations with them. This is not an honest shop.

I will be using Dale's Service Center for all of my vehicles. I have had great work done to our truck. I like the way they communicate with their customers. They show you exactly what is going on and are honest. Thank you for that!! That is huge!

I can't rave enough about this place and the people there. I'm from the Deep South and up here for school and they gave me a loaner car so I wouldn't miss too much school and called frequently to give updates. They took care of my truck and she's running better than she has in years! I love my truck and Dales has given me a few more years with her. 5 stars aren't enough and I'm telling everyone I know to go there.
