Dale's has been one of the best auto shops I've ever used. I took my car to them earlier this year for brakes and was pleased to receive a text with a full review of the inspection of my car. When Chad called to discuss my cars needs, he was very thorough and was very understanding about needing to work within my budget. He never pushed work on me or tried to talk me into doing more than I could afford. When there was a misunderstanding with a part at their supplier, they were honest with me and explained everything. When my husband came home and told me his radiator was leaking, I immediately told him to call Dale's. They were able to work his car in on short notice. They were able to get his repairs done quickly and were wonderful to work with. I stopped in to pick up my husband car and they even knew who I was. Not every shop takes the time to connect accounts and people. They often have loaners available and when they don't, they are more than happy to take time to drive you where you need to go. Dale's has quickly made their way to our preferred mechanic spot.

Honest, quality work, friendly and excellent customer service.

Was having issues with the extreme cold temps trying to find a place to get air in my tires. Chad said bring it on in! Here I had nails in my tires and it was on Friday! Chad fixed it right way and the price was right! Staff was nice and friendly!
