HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We are not from the Quad Cities but my sons car broke down on the side of the road on his way back to college. We picked these guys randomly and we could not have been more satisfied. They were wonderful to deal with. Extremely communicative at all times. The report they sent along with photos was amazing. The only thing I’m sad about is that they are not in my area so that I can use them whenever we have trouble! They were wonderful!!!

Good service with honest people.👍 I have known Chad for over 20 years he is my go to man. I would never hesitate to go back. It was for an older model car and some of the news is not what I wanted to Is hear but they told me what was in urgent need and what could wait.

My wife had her brakes serviced at the largest area dealership. A few days later she heard a noise and took her vehicle back. The dealership service center said she needed all of her rotors replaced on her four year old, low mileage Lexus. Dale's have her a loaner, did a full inspection and found no repairs were indicated. Honesty and integrity is what I value most about the mechanics at Dale's!

Listen: you're going to an auto mechanic and you don't know what you're talking about. But they do. It's a difficult position to be in when you're simply trying to live your life. You want a "straight-shooter", you want someone who will just break the basics down for you. You want a professional. And you don't want to get robbed because you don't know what you're talking about, but they do. That's Dale's Service Center. They know you (probably) don't know what you're talking about when it comes to car repair otherwise you wouldn't have gone to them. At the same time, they respect that you (probably) don't know what you're talking about so they break it down for you. And they explain where their pricing comes from. I don't understand anyone that can't understand how good Dale's is. Maybe I'm a "one-off". Maybe they have customers who have horrible experiences - it happens. I am not one of those customers. Dale's is a First-Class joint. I've been to other places I will not name, and Dale's is the only place for me now. Period.

They are very officiant took my truck there they gave me an estimated it does cost a bit for them just to look at it but I set the appointment and got my car back with in 24 hours they gave me a loaner car to get my errands done an get my kids out of school and even gave me a discounted price, I would definitely recommend them.

First time reaching out to this auto repair shop, disappointing experience, they gave me the run around in scheduling an appointment, obvious they didn't want to work on the vehicle or were too busy.
