Had an A/C issue, Dale's resolved it quickly and found a loose ground that other shops had overlooked. Shuttle rides to and from my house were greatly appreciated. Quality shop and quality customer service.

When the dealership would not deal with our truck that is only 2 years old, Dale's went way over the top to get us back to where we began. I started going to Dale's 32 years ago and will not go anywhere else. Tiff rocks as well. Love her customer service. Well over the top.

I recently had routine service at Dale's...oil and differential fluid change, tire rotation and safety check. The online report that was sent afterwards was excellent. It included recommendations as well as pictures documenting any findings. It also included optional informational videos. Staff was very friendly. The only negative was the service took the better part of 8 hours, which no one warned me about. The owner did apologize and gave me an explanation when I mentioned this in a followup email he sent. As I was impressed by the staff as well as the report, I will be returning to Dale's the next time I need service. Good people can be hard to find, especially when it comes to servicing your car. Well, I went back to Dale's 6 months later with my other car because my Honda Fit was making a rather loud whining noise that wasn't there before. They took care of it the next day and I couldn't be more satisfied. Again, the documentation of the problem, with photos, was outstanding. I really appreciate their attention to detail. Chad Jacks, as well as everyone else, is great to work with. Just the same, I'm hoping not to see them again real soon. ; )
