I must say I was very happy with the professional approach to how my oil change was handled. I had my tires rotated and they actually used a torque wrench. Very happy with the time they preformed my oil change and tire rotation.

Thank you Scott, yes torquing wheels on the right way is very important for the wheel hubs, brakes rims and tires and the safety of our customers.

Friendliest and most genuine customer service and automotive technicians I've come across in years. And super honest! Some places will make you feel like every little thing is a dire emergency just to make money. But the folks at Dale's told me what needed to be prioritized and why, without any pressure whatsoever. That was the highlight for me and the main reason I'll be back. I also loved the digital summary of the inspection - so easy to read and understand, not to mention less paperwork for me to try to find space for!
