First time reaching out to this auto repair shop, disappointing experience, they gave me the run around in scheduling an appointment, obvious they didn't want to work on the vehicle or were too busy.

Great, speedy service with excellent transparency on vehicle condition. For me, it helps budget for those maintenance fixes your vehicle will inevitably need. Very happy with the experience!

Was very good at troubleshooting, and they back up their work. Really good with telling you the price up front. Integrity and honesty is what you get at Dales. Tim and Chad are very helpful and knowledgeable.

They are always so amazing at getting us in as soon as possible and are very accommodating to our busy schedule. They’ve helped us out so much with all of our cars and past ones and helped us find a new one that was in good condition so we wouldn’t have to worry about having to pays tons of money to fix issues that were there when we bought it. Also they were able to get me in the same day I called to change my headlight that was out which is so amazing! And if you have to leave your car there for they day they always try their best in making sure they will have a car available that day. This is the only place I’ll take my car! I trust them emensly! I highly recommend taking your car here
