They explain everything they are going to do and give an estimate and oftentimes the estimate is greater in cost and it ends up not costing as much! We trust them! We love having the cars available to use while ours are being worked on, or the ride home if that is chosen. Keep up the great work! 🙂

Google review 2/17/2020I headed out to work and my car wouldn't start. I got a jump and called Dale's. Chad was friendly and accommodating on the phone. They were very busy, but he worked me in, and provided a loaner to drive. By mid-afternoon I had my car back with a fresh battery installed. The folks at Dale's did a great job of making my day better for me. I would recommend them to anyone!
