I recently had routine service at Dale's...oil and differential fluid change, tire rotation and safety check. The online report that was sent afterwards was excellent. It included recommendations as well as pictures documenting any findings. It also included optional informational videos. Staff was very friendly. The only negative was the service took the better part of 8 hours, which no one warned me about. The owner did apologize and gave me an explanation when I mentioned this in a followup email he sent. As I was impressed by the staff as well as the report, I will be returning to Dale's the next time I need service. Good people can be hard to find, especially when it comes to servicing your car. Well, I went back to Dale's 6 months later with my other car because my Honda Fit was making a rather loud whining noise that wasn't there before. They took care of it the next day and I couldn't be more satisfied. Again, the documentation of the problem, with photos, was outstanding. I really appreciate their attention to detail. Chad Jacks, as well as everyone else, is great to work with. Just the same, I'm hoping not to see them again real soon. ; )
Thank you Guy. I think this is a very fair review. I think we fell short, I won't make excuses for that. We have turned our focus on that and how we can we improve on communication, scheduling and still give you the high quality service you deserve.
