This business is awesome! If I could have given 10 stars I would have done it. I was on my way to Kewanee and my car made a clunk noise and the wrench emblem showed on dash. I was scared. I turned around and went back to my apartment. I tried calling a couple of places and actually actually got blown off. I ended up calling Dale’s Service Center. The whole team was amazing. I ended leaving my car there. Guess what!! They gave me a loaner To use. They did a diagnostic check and printed me out what they found. Took all of this to dealership where car was purchased. The whole team was helpful, courteous, and professional. Never been there before and treated me like a queen!!!
I've been taking my car here for the past several years. The service is excellent and I am always happy with their service. The mechanics are 2nd to none!
Had to leave unexpectedly for 4 months due to COVID so my car was not in the best shape. It’s cool how they can send what they found in the inspection though email. I appreciate that they took their time to explain which issues would be best fixed soon or later! They always made sure that I knew what was happening with my car. Everyone was super friendly! My car has been running very well since I got it fixed. Definitely going to come back if I have any car problems in the future!
