I am new to the Quad Cities, and by family recommendation, I took my car to Dale's when my 2015 Chrysler 200 was having issues starting. It needed both a new battery and also new transmission fluid. Upon arrival, I was greeted with friendly faces, and given a step-by-step plan on how to resolve my issue. They were up front about their prices and fees so there were no surprises upon completion of the work. Along the way, they were very communicative. I received phone calls as the work was being done and after it was completed so there was no question about what was being done, and how it was going. They offer a loaner vehicle for those of us who don't have a second vehicle to drive, which was convenient as well. After I dropped off the loaner car, and picked up my own, I even FORGOT my phone charger in their car, and they kindly called me to let me know it was there. Overall, the service was SUPERIOR, and I would recommend them to anyone. Not only is the service great and affordable, but the people made all the difference. The FACES of Dale's are great to work with. PLEASE GO SEE THEM!
