Google review 12/4/2020I’ve been using Dale’s for a few years with 3 different vehicles and they are very trust worthy and they take pride in their work every time I’ve had a service done. I especially like how they use OEM parts which is worth the extra cost as opposed to lesser brands that the parts stores carry. The staff in the office is very professional and they care about doing the work correctly and don’t try to sell you any more parts or services unless they see that it needs addressed immediately.

Serviced my vehicle right away thoroughly and showed me exactly what the issue was. Loaner vehicle option so you won’t be stranded. Convenient drop off and pick up! Highly recommend 😊. Google review 11/11/2020They are really friendly and offer a free rental (provided you have insurance and DL) if they need to work on your vehicle. They don't have much space for parking or sitting, so that was a little inconvenient, but I guess those aren't needed that much.
Rosemarie, thank you for the great review! We are so happy to hear you had a great experience with us. The lobby is small but we really only want to limit 1 - 2 people to really just be able to pick up their vehicle and keep everyone safe and healthy. On the east side of the building we do have a parking lot that is new that eventually will have a sign showing where it is. We are always striving to be the best and can't thank you enough Rosemarie for trying us out.

But for my immediate family, mother and father in-law and everyone I have talked to Dale's Service Center is absolutely best in class customer service. The level of attention to detail makes my past and now present auto work needed a no braininer coming here and I cannot say enough about this establishment. Schedule your appointment ASAP and see for yourself.

Google review 10/8/2020Great crew and service staff as they all are very knowledgeable and super friendly. I missed my appointment, but they still took care of my car like it was their own. If you live in the QC area, highly recommend bring your vehicles to Dale's. You won't be disappointed!
