I am a repeat customer to Dale's Service Center, and I am very happy with the courteous and thorough service I always receive. My most recent visit proved what personal service they give - I had to replace my car they had been servicing regularly,due to an accident. When I finally found another used car I could afford,they offered to inspect onsoectedwill definitely return for my future car service needs.

Tim (Owner of Dale's) and his staff are amazing. They are very prompt and are also knowledgeable about all makes of vehicles. I have been taking my vehicles to Dale's since 1995. Family owned business that cares about the community. I recently took my vehicle to Tim's team and they gave me the best deal. Not the most expensive. When you take your vehicle into to be checked, they will give you a full service report with detailed write ups and pictures with recommends for your vehicle. I have never seen this before at any automotive center. This allows me to prioritize what I would like to have done. FULL TRANSPARENCY. Hard to find these days. They also have a car loaner program. When my vehicle is being worked on, I can utilize a loaner car. This helps me manage my hectic schedule. The staff at Dale's are trustworthy and dependable.

I was a little hesitant to go there at first because the pricing is a little higher than most. I'm glad I bit the bullet though. I could not ignore all of the good reviews. Johnny hooked me up with a loaner and kept my car in the garage during the bitter cold days, which made me feel better about it starting lol. They kept me up to date and I kept them up to date about my work schedule and we got it done. I really enjoyed dealing with them. Thanks guys. Mayyyte!

I dropped my truck last Thursday for a windshield washer motor replacement, and after their comprehensive inspection they identified some other critical areas. Chad sent over a text with the inspection results and followed up with a phone call explaining the results. Safety being paramount, I opted in to have everything completed. Chad and Johnny had kept me apprised of their progress. Today I received my truck and am so impressed with the handling and it’s drivability. Surprisingly, I noticed differences that I didn’t even realize before. Oh, and their 3yr/36,000 mike warranty on parts and labor is unheard of. When it comes to protecting one of your most important assets, don’t cut corners. Chad and Johnny at Dale’s Service Center is where you need to go and trust your vehicle’s care. Very professional, awesome customer service, bery friendly

Went in for squeaky brakes. They told me that the brakes were very worn along with the rotors and calipers. However, they were upfront and honest about the calipers and said replacing them is costly and not absolutely necessary at this time. We decided to replace it all (brakes, rotors, calipers) and it was at a very fair price ($2k). They had it ready the next day but kept it a day longer for me until I could pick it up. They also gave me a new customer discount and a student discount (~$300). They were very kind and considerate (even offered me a ride home when I dropped off my car, but I had one already). I definitely recommend these guys!
