We all have had good and bad experiences at the auto shop. But for my immediate family, mother and father in-law and everyone I have talked to Dale's Service Center is absolutely best in class customer service. The level of attention to detail makes my past and now present auto work needed a no braininer coming here and I cannot say enough about this establishment. Great crew and service staff as they all are very knowledgeable and super friendly. I missed my appointment, but they still took care of my car like it was their own. If you live in the QC area, highly recommend bring your vehicles to Dale's. You won't be disappointed!

New brakes work great! Expensive, but the brakes work!!!!

Inspection and repairs were done very quickly and done right. In my opinion the repair charges were fair.
