They were able to diagnose our engine trouble with video to show the issue, as well as contacted the proper authorities to help us rectify the manufacturer's motor problems. Google review 6/30/20215 STARS!! Extremely helpful! Traveling cross country in a class B RV and had problems with the hood release cable. Called many sevice centers but no one could not help us for 3-5 days. Johnny from Dale's Service Center was very helpful on the phone and said bring it in anytime and let's have a look. I arrived at 7:45 and back on the road at 8:05, problem fixed. A big thank you to Johnny and the staff at DSC!!

Google review 6/30/2021Great service and work was completed sooner than I thought it would be. Everything was explained to me before I had them do the repair work as well as after. I have an older vehicle so sometimes it is hard to find repair services.

Google review 5/24/2021Very good experience. I took our 2014 BMW 528Xi in for an oil change and to have them mount 4 tires that I purchased at Tirerack.com. The car's onboard computer also indicated that the brake fluid needed to be changed. They tested the brake fluid and determined that it was not in need of being replaced, and as a result I saved the cost of doing that. I'm guessing that a dealer probably would have just replaced the fluid without testing it. They also performed a complimentary check of the vehicle and found no issues that needed to be addressed. Their cost to perform this work was less than at the dealership and more importantly, they didn't try to convince me to perform unneeded work to the vehicle. I will go there again for future service.
