The oil change and general annual maintenance at Dale's was quick, easy, and very efficiently performed at a VERY reasonable cost. When inadvertently writing the wrong phone number to call when the car was ready, someone Googled the address and delivered the car to me. Being in the area from out of town and needing an oil change and annual maintenance I was unsure of what to expect, but was VERY pleased with the competent service and friendly demeanor of the staff. I would gladly take my vehicles to Dale's for future service and highly recommend Dale's to others. I took several business cards to give to others looking for quality auto service. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Chad and Johnny did a wonderful job communicating the issues, cost of the repairs and timeline for completion for some work and service done on my 89 Jeep Wrangler. They also stored the vehicle inside for several days since the top was off it. I would recommend and definitely be back for any future repairs or service needs.

I was given an upfront estimate and advised later that there would be a small additional charge, based on evaluation. The work was completed quickly and there have been no problems. The staff was very courteous and professional. They even loaned me a diagnostic tool which enable me to correct problems with another vehicle. I highly recommend Dale's to anyone.

Chad and Johnny were great! Prompt, thorough, and courteous. I had requested a tire rotation and Chad told me I didn't need one because the tread on my tires were in the perfect configuration for the upcoming cold weather and ice season. I really appreciated that. I highly recommend!

I took my Chevy Traverse to Dale's Service Center to diagnose a problem with my SUV. They got me in quick and got me an answer quickly with what was wrong even though they had a couple technicians out.
