The car was towed into Dales Service center and towed away from Dales Service center. I am $308 dollars poorer and have wasted 6 hours of my time in my interaction with Dales Service center. After a recommendation to go there, I am tremendously disappointed. They charged me for their time and did not provide a diagnosis. Avoid for any Mercedes Benz work more complicated than an oil change.

I went in with the check engine light problem and found out my transmission was going out. I knew that I had no way of taking care of that kind of a problem financially and then we found out it’s still covered under Nissan. Great people they didn’t charge me anything just asked me to bring them business when I need oil changes and such. Johnny is the nicest guy you could ever meet

Excellent job. They treated me in a professional manner and made my first car experience quick and easy. And it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. Defiantly will be going back for all my future needs. Highly recommend.
