We tried Dale's Service Center after my son's 2018 Jeep Cherokee developed a severe oil leak and the dealership said they wouldn't be able to look at it until March (almost 6 weeks away). The staff was very professional and diagnosed and repaired his car quickly. They dealt directly with our third party extended warranty company so we didn't have to. I've used Dale's twice now and am still impressed with their thoroughness in showing me what needs serviced on my vehicle and which ones are urgent repairs.

place was friendly but high priced

The men were very friendly and knowledgeable. They did a thorough job inspecting my vehicle as I thought I had lost heat. It turns out I didn't. I want to thank them for not making me feel like an idiot. I definitely recommend Dale's Service Center. I'm sure I'll be back.

Mine experience and interaction with the Folks at Dale's, especially Johnny, far exceeded expectation. i am a demanding customer, especially in the realm of automotive repair as i have performed Mine own repairs for many years. When the issue with the van popped up (faulty fuel injector) during a lousy weather spike, full schedule, and recovery from illness i taked the recommend from a business associate and delivered the beleaguered vehicle to Dale's; initially for diagnostic as i planned to perform any remedial part swap on Mine own. After speaking with Johnny, who is wonderfully respectfull and professional, i green lighted them to perform the repair along with a SerpentineBelt replacement. The repairs were performed quickly and i taked posession of the van the very nexxxt day! Dale's warranty is UN-Beatable. Dale's customer service is impeccable. Dale's pricing is far more than reasonable; HugeValue. Uuuuuuge. Few times in Mine exxxperience have i been eager to part with cash.... this was one of those times. I’ve used Dale’a a few times and had nothing but an amazing experience with them. They let me use a loaner vehicle while they worked on my truck. While coming to pick me up while dropping my truck off she got a flat and they took care of it when she pulled up and didn’t make us wait for them to have an open spot. They do a great job keeping you in the loop of how they are doing on time, repairs, changes, and cost.

Dale's service center is a favorite of ours to have small and big jobs done alike. They have done complete jobs for us involving crazy repairs from whacky struts, brakes, wheel bearings, to completely replacing a fuel tank on our pickup. But no matter what the job, big or small, the guys at Dale's are always efficient, polite, courteous, and completely knowledgeable. Chad, nor Johnnie, ever try to sugar coat the situation; but by the same token, never, ever tell you that it will cost more than it does and they always try to give you a discount wherever they can. These guys are all worth the work and worth visiting for your auto repair needs..We love you guys!!!! See you soon for yet another oil change ❤❤❤

Recently moved to davenport. First tried using the local Hyundai dealership. That was not a good experience. We found Dale's and we are so happy with the service they have provided. They had to do a major repair to my vehicle, they kept me updated and were very honest. We will use them anytime we have a need in the future. I highly recommend Dale's.

The team at Dale's was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and best of all, informative. They take the time to go through their findings with you and explain it in detail to make sure their customers are on the same page. During inspections they also send you a link to a report with everything they found with pics attached if needed. Very accommodating and great team here, shoutout to Johnny for repping the place well. Will without a doubt be doing all my future business here as needed. Thanks!
