These guys are awesome! I had gotten an oil change at Smart Hyundai 1500 miles earlier. When I checked the oil, there was none! I went to add oil but found that the oil filler cap was stripped and I couldn't remove it. I called Johnny at Dale's Service Center and he got me in that afternoon. They were able to remove and replace the cap, fill up my oil, do an inspection, and verify that I hadn't done any damage to the engine. Less than two hours and I was back on the road. They only charged me for the replacement cap! They were very communicative, fun to talk with, and I can't believe their generosity. They know I'm moving out of state soon, so they weren't counting on repeat business from me. Just good people who rescued me from what could have been a terrible situation when no one else could get me in right away. I can't recommend this place strongly enough! Thanks, Johnny and Sunshine!

I've did auto repair for 45 yrs. I'm getting to old for that anymore. As we all know a good trustworthy service center is hard to fined. A service center we feel good about. I've been using Dales service center for a couple of years now for mine & my family's cars. They have top notch professionals that know what their doing, & their technology is equal or better than most dealerships. They will take the time to explain any questions you might have. Yes a good, trustworthy place for service.

It was fairly good until my over heating light came back on and I had a waterpump put on and a new thermostat and so on but I do have a appt on Tuesday to get it done

I started going to Dales a little over a year ago for servicing my 74 corvette. This place is awesome, multiple way of getting you your quote and approval, and multiple ways of giving updates. Also from my last experience they’re very honest, they thought I needed a service done, they ordered the parts, started working on it, and called me saying everything looked good when they got more into it, saving me about 2K in parts and labor.
