This was my first visit to Dale's and now I won't go anywhere else. Chad and Johnny were extremely kind and helpful. Unfortunately they had to point out 2 different items that the dealership I previously trusted had broken and either didn't fix or fixed poorly all without telling me. So disheartening and frustrating! I am a very trusting person and I want to know that I am being treated with respect and not being lied to and I feel that with Dale's I have finally found that.They fixed me up with a loaner and kept in touch throughout the entire process. The print out of the repairs needed explains everything in detail so you know exactly what is needed and they helped me to decide what needs to be done first and what could wait. I recommend Dale's to everyone and going forward, no one else will ever touch my Jeep!

Very happy with how quickly I was able to get my car in for an appointment. The gentlemen working there were very thorough in explaining what my car needed, providing pictures to help explain to a non-mechanic, like myself, and were very quick with completing the needed repairs. I would highly recommend this shop!

Took my 94 Mustang to the guys up at Dale's with several idling and vibration issues. They went above and beyond with diagnosing my problems and fixing everything. Kept me informed every step of the way, and gave me options as far as what to fix. That car is my pride and joy, these guys will be the only ones I trust to work on it moving forward. Thanks guys!

Walked in, Replaced a head lamp quickly and I was on my way.
