Google review 9/19/2025The Internet doesn't lie. These guys are legit. I'm new to the QC area and needed a place to take my car to get it looked at. So I went on ChatGPT and said; 'find me a good, honest repair shop locally.' Dale's Center was the first place that popped up so I figured why not. I brought my car in and just by starting it, the technician knew exactly what it was (loose heat shield). No sooner had I sat down in the waiting room than the manager (Chad Jacks) comes up to me telling it's fixed. No charge. I was absolutely floored by that! He said he just tightened some bolts and that was that. He could have made up some nonsense about draining and replacing widgets then charge me a few hundred dollars and I would have believed him. But he didn't. I really appreciate his honesty. This place gets my highest recommendation. If anything goes wrong with my car, this is the first place I'll be bringing it to! Thanks again!

Google review 8/28/2025Wanted to charge me 2200 that another shop charged me 200 to do. Didn't find thr actual issue and threw in a bunch of very expensive work that didnt need to be done. Sketchy also. They didnt realize I also work on vehicles and know what im talking about but they tried to fleece me.
