Both times I've taken my car to these guys for my oil change I've had a great experience. The customer service is excellent and I appreciate all the info I'm given on my vehicle to keep everything running safe and smoothly.

This was my 1st time having any work done here at Dales. Initially I was very hopeful that I found a honest affordable place for my vehicle. Everyone was and has been very professional, kind and giving me updates along the way. I took my vehicle in for back brakes that had just started grinding and for 4 panel lights on, and a issue with inside back door panel that several other places attempted to fix, yet after a couple times the door was back to not working properly, not opening from inside to get out,use window.My inspection involved an extreme amount of needed extra repairs that shocked me after having a lot of work done early 2023 already. I agreed to the work even though I am a women who has no knowledge of all the pictures and names of things that were needed repaired.They accidentally punctured my fuel tank which they told me and replaced at no Chg. They had my car over 2weeks and had not addressed the panel lights on in initial inspection until day to pickup asked if I wanted to make a different appointment to have inspection ect, no, the 2nd problem that I brought up with bad brakes on drop off. They had to make another ticket causing more delay and another huge chunk of $ for issues and time to order parts. Finally was excited to pick my vehicle up today 9/25/24 paying almost $7,500 to find that not only did my back door panel issue wasn’t fixed, but now my other back door that had no issues prior, now won’t open!!! I now have no access to my back seat/ doors & besides the obvious is a huge threat in case of an emergency!! Worried what else is going to happen as it’s started to drive funny.

They showed us that the tire that was on the car "looks" pretty new, but had 3 or 4 plugs already done to it, and one of them was the reason we were there, it was leaking. So they patched it so she can still get some time to buy herself some decent real new tires! They were super friendly, explaining everything that we needed to know and had us on our way pretty quick. Thank you, and I think we'll be seeing you all again for some new tires soon! They gave us a good price on those, too!
