Google review 8/29/2022Called the shop this morning, although they were very busy they understood my circumstances and were able to fit the car into their already busy schedule! Chad Jacks was very easy to work with and the overall experience was better than what I have had at any other shop in the QC. I would recommend them to anyone! I will be back! See you guys next!

Google review 8/17/2022My college student was on their way back to Wyoming for school and broke down in Davenport. Dale's Service Center took AMAZING care of the vehicle and my son. Put him at ease until we could get there and we're honest about the repairs. They even helped scrap the car when it was discovered the engine was shot. Anyone in the area should be using Dale's!!

Google review 8/12/2022I would highly recommend Dale’s Service Center. I had a strange noise coming from my muffler system. They gave me a correct diagnosis (different than the dealership) and even obtained authorization from our warranty company to proceed with work… excellent and professional service.

Always enjoy the respect and help that they have provided. You will not find a more knowledgeable group of service writers or techs in the QC. Always keep this in mine. Cost very from shop to shop.
