Very happy with how quickly I was able to get my car in for an appointment. The gentlemen working there were very thorough in explaining what my car needed, providing pictures to help explain to a non-mechanic, like myself, and were very quick with completing the needed repairs. Took my 94 Mustang to the guys up at Dale's with several idling and vibration issues. They went above and beyond with diagnosing my problems and fixing everything. My car was sputtering. During the inspection they found a few other issues that needed attention and got them fixed for me. Also they diagnosed the sputtering problem and I haven't noticed it since.

We tried Dale's Service Center after my son's 2018 Jeep Cherokee developed a severe oil leak and the dealership said they wouldn't be able to look at it until March (almost 6 weeks away). The staff was very professional and diagnosed and repaired his car quickly. They dealt directly with our third party extended warranty company so we didn't have to.
