They worked well with the dealership to get it done and gave me the comfort I needed to purchase the vehicle remotely. 100% Recommend them!

They did excellent work, going above and beyond what was needed. There was no upselling and they give a 3 year warranty on their work. It's nice to have a trustworthy mechanic.
Google review 1/16/2023I love you Dale's Service Center! I don't think I'll ever call another service center. The price is right and the staff was top notch! I called late afternoon because a rodent chewed through some engine wires, and the guys had my vehicle done in less than 24hours. Including a full on inspection with pictures. When I dropped off my vehicle the staff already had a loaner vehicle ready for me, free of charge..who does that?!!!
B K, Thank you for a great detailed review. Yes we see too many vehicle that rodents have gotten into and made a mess of the wires in the engine compartment. And the care they put into your vehicle then stand by their work. I can Only speak for myself so here it is, I will always get my auto care from them I just don’t want anyone else to work on my car.

Prices are reasonable the guys at the counter were very helpful. They even took the time to text me to make sure I was happy and had any questions. Would recommend them.

Google review 12/25/2022We just completed all the necessary 100,000 mile inspection and repairs. I say we because I truly believe Dale’s servicemen and I are a team. My car needed a lot of TLC and $, but because Dale’s team worked with me to break it down and prioritize into doable/affordable segments, it got done timely and with little to no stress on my part. I feel that Dale’s cares almost as much as I do about me and my car being cared for and safe on the road! I love getting in my car and having peace of mind knowing she’s going to get me where I need to go. Thanks to everyone at Dale’s! 💖

My transmission went out. Dale’s had been recommended to me so, I called and spoke to Chad. Of course I was very concerned, Chad was very kind and helpful. I spoke to him several times as they towed my car and took a look at it. I never felt rushed nor like I was asking stupid questions nor wasting his time. Chad was very upfront, honest and gave me time to decide what to do. I ended up deciding to junk my car. Chad recommended a place to call and when they didn’t get back right away he even called them for me. I felt very well taken care of. I definitely be bringing me next car in when it needs service!
