We have been taking our 3 vehicles to Dale's for the past few years. They have been our favorite mechanic service so far. We love their video and phot vehicle inspection records that visually show what was seen on our vehicle. Customer service is great and we have never had any follow-up issues on repairs or installs. At times, we havw gotten better pricing at the dealership for larger repairs like timing belt changes, but generally, we prefer to stick with the Dale's team when we can. We also love that they are located in the West End!

Our daughter attends college in the Quad Cities so when (not if) something were to happen, we didn’t know who to go to. Well she had a failure with her car and two separate people recommended Dale’s. They have been great to work with and got her car back up and running. Can’t recommend them enough!

I called around 930am on a Monday morning because car had no heat and was shaking bad. They had us drive it right over. They throughly inspected it and had pics and videos to show us the bad parts. It's a nissan rouge and we always thought it needed to go to dealerships for repairs, wrong! Tuesday morning by 930am we were picking up the car and we are so very happy with the fast,knowledgeable, professional service. Everyone of our cars will now go to this fantastic shop. I've driven by it for years,having no idea how great they are. I highly recommend this shop.
