Good, honest mechanics. First and foremost. Front office staff was very friendly and went out of their way to listen and understand. Then doing only what was requested, my truck was fixed. They did make recommendations and suggestions. Never being pushy ... I needed a new mechanic shop, and it would appear I have found one ... Thank you

I highly recommend this Automobile Repair Shop. They have a full staff of honest personality and work ethics. I always feel they have my best interest and trust at hand as I do towards them. They are my cars best friends😊

Had my Brake system done 2 years ago and started having issues recently, I no longer live in the area and Dale's Service Center went above and beyond to still provide the warranty on the brake system even out of state through another service center! I would recommend them to anyone needing car service in the Quad Cities!

Our Dodge Grand Caravan was running rough. I took the Dodge to Dale's because of past positive experiences. They addressed the problem immediately. Dale's fixed the problem professionally. Even offered a three year, 36,000 mile warranty. We have the peace of mind that our van was fixed right the first time. Thank you for your great care and support. We are very happy!!!
