The service was great and they got our running great.

I wont go anywhere else for car maintenance. The owner, Tim, and his staff are friendly and experts in their field. I took my car in for an oil change, tire rotation and break inspection. After their inspection they gave me a call and sent me a list of issues they found. Personally, I am always skeptical of taking my car to the mechanic and being over charged for services i dont really need (since I have very little knowledge of cars myself). However, at Dales, I felt very comfortable. They gave me honest opinions on which problems needed urgent attention and which problems I just need to keep an eye-on in the future. I brought my car into the shop on monday and my service was completed by tuesday. After getting new break pads, rotors, a new battery, new tires, etc, I was beyond impressed with how fast my service was completed. They also offer a ride home and a lender vehicle to those of us that are local. I will be coming here for all of my future car maintenance needs. Thanks again!

I've taken 2 vehicles here and both experiences were great. They gave me a loaner when I had to leave my car there. And kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. They also give you a very detailed inspection with pictures, videos and estimates of any repairs that need to be done.

Johnny and Chad were absolutely the best to work with. My car had been involved in an accident and Dales took care of ensuring the insurance company got the info needed. They helped answer a lot of questions for us. Highly recommend Dales to everyone!!

They did the work quickly. They did the work economically. They did the work very, very well. They kept me informed of cost and schedule throughout the repair process. Dale's is a shop I can heartily recommend for all your automotive needs.
