Dale's auto shop has to one the best places I've ever gone to to get a repair done. I came in having car troubles. I came out 3 days later with absolutely terrific customer service along with a great job well done on my vehicle!

The best auto repair shop in the entire quad cities. I brought them my 2011 Acura TSX with a weird issue of power steering randomly stops working and sometimes turning the car itself. No one could figure out exact problem but Dale's came up with a cost-effective solution to resolve the issue and they even give you a loaner!! I have never been to a more professional and honest repair shop. Glad to come across them who help their clients with integrity and compassion. Thanks for helping me out.

The team at Dale’s was fantastic! Super polite and professional at all times. I am not from the area and my car was not drivable. They helped me arrange a tow and promptly fixed the problem as promised! If I lived in The QC they would be my preference for sure!

We tried Dale's Service Center after my son's 2018 Jeep Cherokee developed a severe oil leak and the dealership said they wouldn't be able to look at it until March (almost 6 weeks away). The staff was very professional and diagnosed and repaired his car quickly. They dealt directly with our third party extended warranty company so we didn't have to. I've used Dale's twice now and am still impressed with their thoroughness in showing me what needs serviced on my vehicle and which ones are urgent repairs.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! I had brought my new car in as there was many things wrong with it, and Jonny and his crew fixed it up like brand new. Their service is amazing! Very kind and passionate people. I will definitely be going back soon, and thank you guys for fixing my car and being so awesome! I will be coming back.
