Google review 8/21/2023The team at Dale’s was quick, honest and helpful. Took my car in for an issue with my headlights and for their free safety inspection, and when they found out there was a problem with my transmission, they offered to keep the car for another day and fix it instead of making me schedule another appointment. They were also very respectful and helped me to understand my cars issues instead of being condescending- a tip other mechanics could learn from! All in all, I can’t think of any reason I would go to a different mechanic in the Quad Cities. Given that I drive a Wrangler, I’ll inevitably be back in the near future!

Google review 7/28/2023Dales was extremely thorough in evaluating my vehicle and identifying what needed to be repaired. I was a little surprised by the costs, but they were all comparable to what other facilities would charge and in some cases were less. I was very reassured by their three-year transferable warranty, and I think that’s a huge selling point for getting work done here.

I appreciate the full and thorough inspection and quotes they provide for all the items they find. The old girl is ripe with opportunity for repair, but we discussed the things that needed to be addressed, the things that could wait, and the things we could ignore. Took my vehicle (my baby) in for a 100,000 mile tune up. They got me taken care of in a timely manner. Their staff was knowledgeable. Their 40 point inspection was thorough and well presented. They took care of what needed to be done at a reasonable price and were not pushing the things that didn't need done. When it comes to auto repair, I now feel like I have a guy...Dale's
