The service was excellent! Chad was able to fit me in to do a pre-purchase inspection. He and the Dales auto center team were quick and efficient and professionally certified. They worked well with the dealership to get it done and gave me the comfort I needed to purchase the vehicle remotely. 100% Recommend them!

I love you Dale's Service Center! I don't think I'll ever call another service center. The price is right and the staff was top notch! I called late afternoon because a rodent chewed through some engine wires, and the guys had my vehicle done in less than 24hours. Including a full on inspection with pictures. When I dropped off my vehicle the staff already had a loaner vehicle ready for me, free of charge..who does that?!!!

Highly professional respectful crew. It feels good to have someone speak to you respectfully and really explain things you don’t understand. Giving you a trusting vibe. And the care they put into your vehicle then stand by their work. I can Only speak for myself so here it is, I will always get my auto care from them I just don’t want anyone else to work on my car.

Very happy with the services provided by Dale’s! They were thorough and up front with what needed work and cost. Great communication and very pleasant staff right down to the guys who drove me home and picked me up when work was complete! They say people make the difference — this is certainly true at Dale’s Service Center!

Brought my car in for an alignment. They did a great job! Have used them before and find their work to be top-notch. Prices are reasonable the guys at the counter were very helpful. They even took the time to text me to make sure I was happy and had any questions. Would recommend them.

My transmission went out. Dale’s had been recommended to me so, I called and spoke to Chad. Of course I was very concerned, Chad was very kind and helpful. I spoke to him several times as they towed my car and took a look at it. I never felt rushed nor like I was asking stupid questions nor wasting his time. Chad was very upfront, honest and gave me time to decide what to do. I ended up deciding to junk my car. Chad recommended a place to call and when they didn’t get back right away he even called them for me. I felt very well taken care of. I definitely be bringing me next car in when it needs service!

I just bought a new to me car, 2016 Chevy Trax.i knew it needed some work and so I called Chad and took it in for an oil change, inspection and auto engine check. It needed a little more than I expected, but Chad was so helpful and patient explaining everything to me and helping me to decide how to proceed. The major work was done quickly and efficiently. All my questions were answered and I was told when I bring it back for tires to be re-torqued they would check a potential leak/seep. I think they were as happy as I was it is just a small seep. I have been told to call or stop with any questions. I feel that my car and I are well taken care of for the first time since I moved here 14 years ago!!

Recently relocated back to the QC area and I was having significant steering and suspension issues. I had within the week had axles replaced and an alignment at my regular garage who 3xs tried to fix different issues and their service is normally spot on. To no avail these issues were worse and the past garage was telling me they could not find anything. I felt like I was driving on ice on dry roads, had new tires which were inflated properly and had significant knocking issues in the terrain as I drove. I was very frustrated, felt unsafe driving and in-between moving which added to the stress. I needed to re establish a relationship with an area reputable and reliable mechanic who would also be loyal, honest, efficient and trustworthy-especially to a woman-seems we get the run around a lot. Scanning google, website and Yelp reviews I liked what I read most at Dale's. Johnny helped me right away and was very empathetic, helpful and squeezed me in the next morning for a test drive. He has top notch customer service, as do all the guys which is a breath of fresh air these days when customer service is lacking. The alignment was seriously off, the car had significant safety and suspension problems they diagnosed and spoke to my past garage about who will be replacing all issues Dale's found under warranty for free and reimbursing me for my alignments since they did all the past work. Dale's provided a loaner car while they diagnosed and repaired the alignment and other emergent safety issue until I could get to the other garage who did the initial work- 45 minutes away-only because the work and parts were under warranty. Dale's completed their repairs and review in less than a day, during the most busiest time of the year and when most garages take longer. I appreciated the videos they sent me of the issues and that they called my past garage mechanic to speak mechanic to mechanic to help resolve these issues and get it corrected at low to no cost to me. I wasn't even Dale's customer, yet they wanted to make sure I was taken care of properly and the past garage did right by me. Dale's team is top notch, honest, reliable, accurate in their work and diagnosis. They even have a loaner car which is extremely helpful. I appreciated the video and report to keep in my files and share with the past mechanic to show the questionable repairs, coaching opportunity they needed to review with their mechanic and to get this right so it doesn't happen to someone else. I have found my new garage and my son will also be using Dale's. A customer's review/referral/word of mouth is everything and the best form of advertisement. If you go through the reviews as I did, it is exactly as many mentioned-4.5-5 stars and a great place to bring your business. The team is hard working, extremely knowledgeable, honest and all have superb customer service. Thanks for doing right by me guys!
