I had a great experience at Dale's and was pleasantly surprised. I 'm always skeptical using a new auto repair shop for the first time. I needed a new thermostat and a cabin air filter. I dropped off my van and they took me home. My van was done the next day and they came and picked me up when it was ready. They were so pleasant and accommodating. Great customer service. I couldn't have been happier.

I would highly recommend Dales Auto Repair. I needed a new engine for my 2007 Ford F150. They were able to get me a Jasper remanufactured engine with a great warranty. Dealing with Chad and Johnny was awesome. They communicated extremely through the entire process and always did what they said they were going to do. If you’re looking for a business that is trustworthy and experienced, it’s Dales Auto.

As always, a great experience. Provided loaner for when car was worked on. They explained everything that was going on & my options. I have been going here for years & will continue to do so. Even though, I have moved up to Iowa City, I still take my car back to here because they are the best & far above the rest!

Great shop to work with! Had guys working in the area, starter went out. They got us in and back on the road same day! Didn’t have to stay the night or rent a car. Kept my business on schedule for the next day. We will definitely use them again! Thanks again!

I absolutely love Dale's. Johnny,Chad, and the rest of the team are absolutely amazing. I recommend them to everyone I know that needs work done. I am very picky with who works on my cars(I've had some pretty bad experiences) but these guys go above and beyond for their customers. All the work I will ever need will come from them. (Totally even willing to rock out free advertising on my 2015 dodge dart..that's how much I believe these guys are the top of the line amazing. Not only in customer service and in the actual work they do!)

Absolutely fantastic customer service and professionalism. They were able to get my son's car in the next day and made sure it was safe for him to drive. Johnny is very kind and professional and wanted to make sure the car was safe for him. My son is away for college so we weren't able to help him and the care they showed meant a lot to me and my wife. Will definitely be a return customer.

The team was very communicative and answered all my questions. There were a lot of good and easy to understand pictures that helped me make up my decision of what needed to be done.
