Can’t say enough about this company, mechanic’s usually get a bad rap but Dales defies all of those stereotypes. Installed an after market catalytic converter, $2200 less than the dealership price. Had all of the parts on in time with extremely quick and detailed service. Thanks to Chad and the entire team at Dales. Will continue to send anyone with repair or general vehicle maintenance their way.

They took me in in an emergency. I had nowhere to turn. They were kind and thorough. They calmed me down and took care of me. I was traveling through cross country. I was scared to death. They let my dog and I wait inside and they made us feel at home. They fixed me up and the price was more than fair. Go here if you’re from Iowa or passing through. These people actually care about their customers. It seemed that most of their business is local folks and the one’s I saw come in were called by name. It’s a wonderful place to do business. They will do anything to help a person in need.

My visit was very satisfactory. Very good service and good job. I had 2 rear tires replaced. Employees are very helpful. I will continue to use Dale's as my car care center.
